Why Box•E for collecting?

  • Highly Custom Item Types: Unlike a generic list, give "Trading Card" a different set of fields than "Vinyl Record". Toggle visibility for what you want to track (e.g. Serial Number, Value, Source).

Set it up for your hobby

  1. Create a new custom type for your item (e.g. Action Figure).
  2. Turn on fields that matter (Brand for maker, Value for appraisal, Notes for condition).
  3. Group them logically using the nested hierarchy (Room > Shelf > Display Case).
  4. Export your collection to Excel (Premium) on demand to show other collectors or store for offline backup.
